The electric vehicle market has boomed over the last few years and there are many new challengers to Europe’s longest running and most popular EV, the Nissan LEAF. With so many new voices, and many with bigger marketing budgets than ourselves, consumers hear a lot and are confused. They don’t know where to turn for answers to for those lingering questions and doubts. Our brief was to cut through the noise and mistrust.


IDEA

We harnessed the passion of the Nissan LEAF owner’s community and put them at the heart of an innovative integrated campaign. Through TV, social & digital channels and thanks to a new peer-to-peer technology, we connected EV intenders with real EV owners, in real-time, and let them put things in their own words. The result was thousands of conversations and pieces of content in which people could find answers they could believe in – and a chance for us to reaffirm LEAF’s position as the most trusted EV in the road.
